Ship it!
Ship It! is a real-time tycoon about the one job nobody warned you about: keeping the pipeline green while the company pretends to be your family.
You are the on-call dev. Commits — feature, hotfix, chore, migration — pile up in a queue, each with a deadline ticking down. Push them through your CI pipeline (build → test → deploy) to earn money. But every deploy that slips past your tests leaves a little residue on your technical debt gauge — and that gauge will blow up to your face if you don't pay attention to it.
The trap is the game. Ship too fast and you're feeding the debt gauge: a production incident is one bad roll away, and it costs a life. Ship too slow and deadlines expire in the queue, which also costs a life. There is no setting that removes one risk without feeding the other. You have 3 lives, but the shareholders have a spreadsheet.
The goal is not to win. It is to survive as many sprints as possible, rack up the money, and post a score card you're weirdly proud of. When you finally hit 0 lives, the company will tell you exactly how it feels about that.

Disclaimer: the development of the game has been partially assisted by AI, but nothing was ever fully automatized. This remains my entire creation, the result of years working as a developer shipping to production! You should be able to taste some tears while playing to it.
